1. Agreement
By using this website or booking PhotoTVFilm Inc, you agree to these terms. Signed production agreements may add project specific terms.
2. Services
We provide film, video and photo production, post production, rentals and printing as described in your quote.
3. Payment
A 40% retainer reserves your date. Remaining balances are due before final delivery. See the booking policy.
4. Creative control
Shot selection, editing style and grading follow the agreed creative brief. Changes beyond included revisions are billed hourly.
5. Client materials
You confirm you hold the rights to any music, logos, footage, scripts or images you provide.
6. Safety and conduct
We may pause or end a shoot if conditions become unsafe or if crew members are harassed. Full fees remain due.
7. Rental equipment
Renters are responsible for loss or damage to rented gear and studio space during their booking.
8. Limitation of liability
If footage or images are lost due to equipment failure or events beyond our control, our liability is limited to refunding amounts paid for the affected work.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law, with venue in Hillsborough County.
